WeEKEND WORKSHOP June 11 - 12, 2011
Relating Nonviolently to Ourselves and the World
Sky Lake Lodge - 22 Hillcrest Lane Rosendale, NY

Workshop led by Barbara Bash, Imre Berty, and Roberta Wall.

Fundamental to the principles of Nonviolent Communication is the practice of self empathy. If you can feel compassion for yourself you can feel compassion for others. We will explore this process of self connection and consider how this awareness affects our relationship to others.

The weekend format will have periods of sitting meditation,  journaling and communication in practice in dyads and circle.
